Our campsite, holiday homes, and group accommodations are nestled directly behind our own farm, alongside the famous Blikvaart. The surroundings beckon people to be active, relax, or find inspiration. Explore the most exquisite spots in this part of Friesland from our intimate vacation park. Rest assured, no one will ever be bored here for a single second.
Our charming, typically Frisian, head-neck-body farm has a history spanning over 100 years. Its name is derived from the Blikvaart, a part of the famous Eleven Cities Tour. The farm was used as a dairy farm until 2001. Fortunately, animals still grace our farm, and children love riding the tractor with Afke. Today, the Blikvaart is a modern recreational facility offering lots of options for families, groups, family celebrations, and various corporate activities.
Sint Annaparochie is a vibrant village in the northwest of Friesland with numerous shops. Franeker, Harlingen, and Leeuwarden can be reached within 20 minutes by car. The area along the Wadden Sea (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) offers ample opportunities for active recreation. A day trip to one of the Wadden Islands is also possible. In short, there are plenty of opportunities for young and old alike!
